RECREATIONAL GAMES  Recreational games are activities that can be played indoors or outdoors, individually or as groups, for enjoyment, relaxation, and social interaction rather than competition or professional purposes.  They are designed to refresh the mind, relax the body, and bring people together. Unlike competitive sports, recreational games focus more on fun, creativity, and participation than o n winning or losing. Recreational games are important because they help reduce stress, improve physical fitness, encourage teamwork, and strengthen social bonds.
